How much could my company receive?+
Mode advertises a potential $100K–$5M range. That is not a valuation of your company or a guaranteed offer. Scope, record quality, operating history, ownership rights and Mode’s review determine whether there is an offer and its amount.
Which organizations are the strongest fit?+
Mode’s published target minimums are 10 employees for legal; 15 for accounting, finance and medical; and 50 for other businesses and nonprofits. Organizations must be based in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom or Australia. Mode makes the final eligibility decision.
Do we keep our original records?+
Mode says your company keeps its original records and systems. The agreement specifies the copy, systems, dates, rights and any exclusivity. Review those terms carefully before approving an export.
How is sensitive information handled?+
Mode describes removing sensitive material and removing or transforming personal identifiers before onward delivery. This is not a blanket privacy guarantee. Review confidentiality, privilege, consent, regulated-data restrictions, retention and deletion with your advisors and Mode.
What can affiliates earn?+
Mode’s referral page advertises proposed rewards of $50,000+ for qualifying partnerships and $5,000+ for eligible indirect referrals. These are conditional marketing figures, not guaranteed income. Joining alone earns nothing. Mode’s final written terms determine eligibility, attribution, reward amounts and payment.
Who handles the application and data?+
You apply directly with Mode using our referral link. Only share company information through Mode’s approved process after reviewing its policies and agreement. Do not send Million$Data or Maranatha Consulting company files, passwords or system access.
How long does it take?+
Mode describes approximately three months from first conversation through payment, but timing varies with review, scope, contracting and export. No payment date or outcome is guaranteed.
Is Million$Data part of Mode?+
No. Million$Data is a promotional brand of Maranatha Consulting LLC and an independent referral resource. Mode operates the program. Maranatha Consulting may receive compensation for qualifying referrals through these links.
